Peppers like temperatures that are just above that of your home refrigerator. Storing them in your fridge, inside of a plastic bag is probably the safest bet. Peppers should keep for a week or more in your crisper drawer. ​

We understand that not everyone loves the kick of a spicy, fresh pepper. That doesn't stop us from growing them. We make tons of spice rubs, sauces and mixes in our kitchen. We encourage you to do just the same!
