Storage & Cooking Tips

Arugula stores best in a plastic bag, inside of the refrigerator. We typically wash greens before they are packaged ,but a second wash is always recommended. Make sure your leaves are dry before use. Invest in a salad spinner if you can!​

Arugula is great in salads, used in a pesto, or slightly sautéd to add interest to any dish!
