storage & Cooking Tips
If your Kohlrabi comes with tops, remove them and utilize as you would kale. It's all about the bulb when it comes to Kohlrabi. This vegetable has thick skin that needs to be peeled to reveal the tender 'meat' of the vegetable.

Kohlrabi can most certainly be eaten raw. Simply slice the meat thinly or cut matchsticks, sprinkle salt & add to your favorite salad recipe.
