Kale is a signature crop 3 Barn Farm! Its versatile, nutritious nature lends well to lots of different dishes.

We grow 2 types of Kale at 3 Barn Farm; Curly & Tuscan. Storage tips for both are identical. Store Kale in a plastic bag in your fridge or wrap in a paper towel to extend shelf life. We always recommend giving greens a second wash right before you use them.

3 Barn Farm Kale is tender. Unlike store bought it can be used raw in a salad. Chop Kale and add it to soups, egg dishes, warm grain salad and more!
