Rainbow Chard is in the same plant family as spinach and beets. Its tender greens can be substituted in any recipe that calls for spinach. Rainbow Chard's vibrant stems add interest to any dish and make for a stunning quick pickle.

Remove leaves from stems and chop to steam or sauté. Rainbow Chard can be added to grain bowls, eggs, frittatas, asian stir fry & so much more!
